We ship motorbike parts and bikes both locally and nationally to ensure you get the parts you need, wherever you are.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the items ordered:

• Parts: 1-14 business days
• Bikes: 1-14 business days

Please note: Delivery times depend on when your order is placed and stock availability. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience slight delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

Delivery Issues

If your package is damaged during transit or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Return Policy

Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is unused and in its original packaging
• The item is in the same condition as when you received it
• You have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or special-order parts
• Used or installed parts
• Electrical components that have been connected or installed
• Items without original packaging

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or the wrong part, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
