The EVOlution continues

EVO Factory 2ST My25 125/250/300

EVO Factory 2ST My25

The EVO Factory models represent the racing EVOlution of Beta’s trial bikes and, as usual, are being launched on the market just before the start of the racing season, ready to compete at the highest levels.
The World Championship with George Hemingway (TR3 125), alongside the excellent placings of Matteo Grattarola (TRIALGP) and Andrea Sofia Rabino (GP WOMEN), as well as the respective victories in national championships, reaffirm the excellent rideability and performance introduced by the model.

The Model Year 2025 bike receives a major upgrade to the suspension, with the introduction of a new, larger diameter fork which provides major benefits both in use and in the ability to customise the settings.

The highlights of the new Factory MY 25 models, in terms of the ENGINE and FRAME AND SUSPENSION, are as follows:

ENGINE

2-Stroke
The differences between the engines equipping Factory versions and standard versions are as follows:

  • Magnesium crankcase with black finish: featuring a particularly eye-catching design, this component provides a weight reduction of 1,350 g, maximising the agility of the bike.

  • Trimmed clutch discs: created specifically to maximise clutch precision and controllability in every possible situation and particularly to make the most extreme repetitive actions easier to manage even at high rpm, such as big obstacles and rear wheel hops, ensuring extreme precision every time.

  • Black anodised engine oil plugs.

  • Titanium exhaust: on the 250/300 models this provides a weight reduction of over 600 g, as well as ensuring greater performance at medium-high engine speeds thanks to its greater internal diameter.

  • The EVO Factory 125’s exhaust, once again made of titanium, stands out from that of the larger engine sizes due to its internal structure, with an initial conical section (cylinder side) providing an increase in torque and acceleration at low rpms.

As is well known, the EVO Factory models are equipped with higher performance engines than the EVO models, and this characteristic is confirmed once again for MY 25.
Thanks to the reduced crankcase weight, the titanium header and reduced alternating masses, the bike is more manageable, while the engines guarantee improved performance and driveability, reaching another level of power and responsiveness.
The handling is, as always, at the top of their class, and vibration is minimised.

FRAME AND SUSPENSION

In terms of the frame and design, the new Evo Factory My 2025 differs from the standard version as

follows:

  • Suspension: The EVO Factory MY 2025 fork features a new architecture with Ø39 mm tubes, 1 mm larger than the previous model. This increased diameter leads to an increase in the torsional rigidity at the front wheel, improving the precision and ease of the bike’s ride. Its operation is asymmetrical, with the right stanchion containing the spring and therefore dedicated to management of the elastic damping, and the left one containing the open cartridge for hydraulic regulation, combined with a Ø12 mm hard anodised rod, a full 2 mm larger than the previous model. Both stanchions are fitted with convenient adjusters controlled by anodised hex socket screws in different colours. The development of the front fork has been guided by the desire to create a product with a more rigid, yet simultaneously lighter, structure: this has been achieved through the use of a special steelwhich has allowed the thickness of the fork rod to be reduced without compromising its strength, and to achieve a greater internal diameter, which is useful in terms of hydraulic management. The new and greater internal volume available has allowed the use of components of greaterdiameter, able to manage greater hydraulic flow rates, which provide a more progressive response to compression, as well as greater precision in customisation of the settings. Compared to the EVO, the new forks on the Factory model are specifically calibrated for racing use, which combines perfectly with the different cartridge, longer than the standard version, whichsignificantly improves progressiveness or end-of-travel compression. The Evo Factory 25 is confirmed to have gold stanchions, which provide the model with both aesthetic and functional benefits. The striking colour is the result of TiN treatment which provides excellent low-friction properties to the fork. The single shock, a benchmark in its category, receives a new aluminium body for 2025 to replace the heavier steel of its predecessor, helping reduce the overall weight of the bike. The new suspension features guarantee a more progressive response for the bike in compression and improved rebound management, simplifying “floating” between rocks and the ability to absorb significant impacts, such as landing after jumping large obstacles.
  • Steering yokes machined from billets with blue anodised finish: providing stiffness and lightness (weighing around 100 g less than standard models), they also feature fore-aft adjustable handlebarbrackets to let the rider find their ideal position. The new colour introduced for MY 25 also lends the bike a zero-compromise appearance.
  • Blue anodised handlebar: the new blue anodised Reikon handlebar retains the exemplary flexibility which sets it apart, now guaranteeing a zero-compromise look.
  • Chain adjusters, handlebar end plugs and footpegs with black anodised finish: the footpegs are durable, lightweight components, with the non-slip steel pins ensuring maximum grip.
  • Version-specific radiator hoses in red silicone: offering improved cooling performance, these components also give the bike a thoroughbred racing look.
  • Galfer racing brake discs: these discs offer maximum braking power and extremely light weight, which contributes to reducing unsprung mass, maximising the bike’s rideability.
  • BrakTec brake and clutch master cylinders.
  • Rear brake calliper with anti-vibration system for pads.
  • New blue anodised Excel wheels.
  • Michelin X-light tyres: leader in the sector in terms of weight, performance and grip in all situations.
  • New graphics: the new design for MY2025 features a matt grey frame with contrasting plastic parts, with the identifying racing appeal provided by the blue and red colours. The two-stroke heat shield is now red, while the graphics and geometry are aggressive. The anodised blue components complete the look of the bike, more “racing” than ever.
