BETA Red Bull Romaniacs 2024
Beta Romania offers motorcycle rental service, parts and race service for the Red Bull Romaniacs 2024 that will take place in Sibiu, Romania from 23-27 of July 2024.
1.BIKE RENTAL ( 2190 Euro – 2890 Euro)
The bike model available are Beta RR Racing 300 2T, RR 300 2T or Xtrainer 300 2T ( on request we can also provide 4T models)
The bikes will be delivered assembled and ready for use, already unlocked and road registered.
Besides featuring standard accessories, the bikes are equipped with the following:
– aluminum handguards
– aluminium radiator guards kit
– radiator fan kit
– skid plate
– carbon protection for exhaust
– front and rear lifting straps
– clutch cover plastic protection
The cost of rental is:
Beta RR 300 2T MY24 Standard, 2590 euro
Beta RR 300 2T MY24 Racing, 2.890 euro
Beta Xtrainer 300 2T MY24, 2590 euro
Beta Xtrainer 300 2T MY23 Second Hand, 2190 euro
Beta RR 300 2T MY23 Standard Second Hand ,2190 euro
Beta RR 300 2T MY23 RACING Second Hand ,2390 euro
ATTENTION!
BIKES AND RACE SERVICE PLACES ARE LIMITED. YOU CAN BOOK YOUR PLACE BY AN ADVANCE PAYMENT OF 1000 EURO. PAYMENT WILL BE REFUNDED, IF REQUIRED , BY NO MORE THAN 1 IAN 2024. AFTER 1 IAN 2024 REFUND WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE.
Included in the price of rent:
– Rent for the duration of the Red Bull Romaniacs 2024 (23-27 iul 2024)
-One setup and riding day before the race, in this way you can get used with the bike and we can make the final settings for you (22 july). Each extra riding day will be charged with 150 Euro
– Preparation as listed above
-You can reserve tyres, mousses and Tubliss before the race. Limit date : 15 June 2024 (after this date , due to world material crisis we will not be able to guarantee the stocks)
-You can also pre-order spare parts & accesories for your bike Beta. Limit date : 1 June 2024 (after this date , due to world material crisis we will not be able to guarantee the stocks)
-One riding day before the race, in this way you can get used with the bike and we can make the final settings for you (22 july). .Please let us know in time the setup and needs for your bike in order for us to have time and arrange all.
2. RACE SERVICE (890 Euro)
The cost of race service for the whole period (23July-27July) of RBR 2024 is 890 Euro
Bike wash after every race day
Bike service before the race at the paddock
Bike service during the race în Service Points, but not after time bar.
Mousse/Tubliss and tyres change service
You can reserve tyres, mousses and Tubliss before the race.
You can also pre-order spare parts&accesories for your bike Beta ( Parts will not be given as borrow )
At the paddock and service point we will have water, fruits and energy drinks plus can ask for special food and drink.
Prepaid sim card with unlimited internet access in Romania.
Mixture oil for 2T bikes in paddock in the morning for refueling with your own fuel at the starting point. (bikes will start from paddock with full tank included in the price of rent)
3.TRANSPORT FOR BIKE AND RIDER TO STARTING POINT EACH DAY (500Euro)
-Transport to the start for each riding day. In some days starting Point might be even 50km far from the paddock – 500Euro
4. TRAINING DAYS WITH TOUR GUIDE
Training in the Sibiu area with our tour guides (you can decide the dates)- prices on demand
Our guides have lots of experience and you can train with our guides from atom class to gold class guides.
Delivery and responsibility of the motorcycle:
Upon delivery, the riders must have with them:
– Passport
– Credit card
– Driving license
– Deposit for the bike
From delivery until the end of the race the bike will be under the responsibility of the rider.
Guarantee deposit for motorcycle and spare parts directly from the rider:
Deposit must be payed before picking up your bike
The pilot can pay the guarantee deposit in two ways:
– Pre-authorization by credit card
– Pay by cash
The guarantee deposit is € 1000
The deposit will be refunded at the end of the competition, on the condition that all of the spare parts damaged or demanded (to be changed) by the rider during the race, are
already payed.
In the case of bike theft, or total destruction of the bike, he will pay the amount of
€ 7700.00 plus VAT for RR300 standard, € 8250.00 plus VAT for RR300 racing and
€ 6600.00 plus VAT for X trainer, € 6.300 plus VAT for second hand
Returning the motorcycle:
The return of the bike will take place immediately after the finish of the competition.
The bike have to be delivered at the Beta Romania area in the competitors paddock .
In case of withdrawal of the rider from the race, the motorcycle should always be returned to the paddock at Beta Romania assistance area.
Upon return will receive a receipt of reception with notes of any damage broken or damaged parts will be charged to the rider, in conformity with the beta spare parts price list.
Document to have when you want to take the bike:
Driving license – Passaport – Credit card – receipt of the deposit
The Red Bull Romaniacs 2024 will start on Tuesday, July 23 and end Saturday, July 27, 2024.
